What are the best Learning Tools?

Jane Hart’s great lists have been mentioned here before because they’re just great. She crowdsources them through her website. This year Jane is splitting the polling process and is seeking contributions of top 10 lists from you and anyone else for the:
1. Top 100 Tools for Learners
2. Top Tools for Learning Professionals
Top Tools for Learning 2009 ( which is ready for new updates today)
This process updates the great 2007 and 2008 lists which are still available if you can’t wait. Anyone who is involved in education, academia, training and personal learning can adapt and prioritize the ideas here.
Also, I just discovered Learn-Gasm (Thanks Lone Wolf). Here’s a few things that might be interest to you:

100 Free and Useful Open Courseware Classes for Web Workers

Awesome resources!
