Where does privacy count?

I think this chart is interesting.

Internet Users Hold Privacy Dear
Just 13% willing to exchange personal info for content

I will bet anyone that library users have a tighter understanding of privacy than general web users. That said, what would patrons ‘give up’ with respect to privacy for a better library experience? Does the library have a better reputation for protecting privacy that would cause cardholders to trust thelibrary with their info?
