		<description>Can&#039;t say for sure.  I got to them through Royal Pingdom which is usually a very reliable link.  The Internet World Stats site lists all of their sources for each region&#039;s chart and they appear to be the good sources like Nielsen, Census, etc.  Other than that, if you&#039;re going to use them do some homework.  Most of these worldwide stats are always filled with assumptions and differing collection techniques so trusting anything is totally &#039;valid&#039; is not a good plan.
