Here’s a clip from Seinfeld called “The Library Cop”. It’s from a 1991 episode where Jerry finds out that he has a fine on an unreturned book from 20 years ago for the book Tropic of Cancer. Enter Mr. Bookman aka “The Library Cop” who whips Jerry into shape for the NYPL and in honor of readers everywhere.
