Top 3 Things Those Surveyed Would Like to Do With Mobile Devices Online
1. Request Library Books or Articles (64.7% would like to do this online, 13% currently do it).
2. Renew Library Books (64.4% would like to do this online, 14.5% currently do like to do it).
3. Search for Library-Owned Books and Journals (59.3% would like to do this online, 17.5% currently do like to do it).
The number one thing people surveyed currently do online, read e-books (29.5%).
The blog post goes on to point out they have a variety of web apps already available that can help do the things those surveyed want to get done on a mobile device.
