    If none of these impact your library, your library won’t be around for the long haul, IMO.

  2. I am afraid that my library will not be around for the long haul. We are horribly under funded and the majority of the professional staff still think of the library as a book depository and don’t want to do anything with the internet as it relates to collection development.
    We are a SD site with Unicorn GL3.1 and we only utilize a fraction of its capebilities. It is a very sad place…
    Sad. I hope someone takes a positive leadership stance to fill the vacuum like many libraries have.
