Terrific program on Sunday! Thanks for helping us keep up with all this stuff. It’s so much fun, all this change. I love my Facebook and twitter. I had several ideas my library can use while listening to you!

“Cutting libraries in a recession is like cutting hospitals in a plague.”
“Help people build the deck of their dreams.”
Trans-literacy (moving beyond reading & PC skills)
    “This are exciting times”
    … and stories, stories, stories.

Thanks, Mr. Abram, for the great ideas in this presentation. I didn’t make it to ALA this year, but found these slides on Twitter. I just may reference some of this in an upcoming library job interview.

Thanks for all you do to remind us how relevant libraries continue to be.
