We know libraries are changing technology, but what about librarians, themselves?
See where you compare to your peers in how you personally use technology every day. Are you sporting the newest high-tech tablet, or carrying around that old flip phone? Do different types of librarians adopt faster than others?
I have some data on adoption of smartphones and devices by the general public.
Let’s see! Take this quick survey and we’ll share the results!
The Poll is right there on the right hand side of my blog home page or click through here:

Apart from seeing who does and doesn’t have a tablet / smartphone, are you considering the choices those who do make? I.e. is IOS a more cutting edge selection than Android say?
I’m curious to know why you posed the question “Are you a technophile or a technophobe?” as a lead in for this survey. Is personally owning a handheld device the criteria you are using to determine a person technological proficiency?
Jessica:
I agree that the question is poor. I didn’t choose it but the person who loaded the pool to my blog did. I’ll ask to have it changed.
