OK, I am feeling a little better today. Whatever this illness that’s making the rounds is, it’s awful!
I managed to see parts of Denmark (Roskilde, Copenhagen) at the EUSIDIC conference and then get snowed in in Harrisburg PA for an extra 24 hours. I gave my talks but was sooooo sick.
Anyway, after a good two nights sleep at home I am heading to California and then back home through DC.
A few blog postings to come and more later.
Spring arrives soon and hopefully the winter bugs go away!

We are still alive here in Denmark….
Just sending you a comment to remind you to upload the PPT you used for your speech. We found it very inspiring and would like to link to it.
Hope you feel better again.
Hi Stephen
Thank you for a interesting talk last week at The Royal School of Library and Information Science in Copenhagen. I think you managed to hide your illness. Well at least I didn’t notice it…
I believe you said that you would upload your slide show to your blog, am I rihgt? I also believe that you would uploade some pictures to Flickr, but I haven’t been able to find them/it either…?
Once again thank you for the talk. I hope you get better soon.
Best regards
Øjvind Harkamp
Dear Mr. Abrams,
I saw your excellent speech in Cph. It was a pleasure to listen to you and get inspired.
I am currently a Master-student(Knowledege organization) at the The Royal School of Libr. and Info Sci in Cph. At your presentation you had some very interesting view-points on how “users” want to have/find information(OPAC><tag-clouds). I am wondering if, by any chance, you would know of any/or if you did on your own, make pratical studies of users preferences when it comes to searching/finding info. (tagclouds/topicmaps/thesaurus…).?
I hope you will find the time to answer my question. Best regards Pernille
