Library Management’s Role in a Recession

Here’s an article that I commend to you since it addresses management’s role in ensuring that libraries have successful startegies during a short or long term recession:

And for those who say it can’t be done, tell them to get out of the way of those already doing something positive. Many of these strategies and tactics are free and require just a good attitude and focus. Good attitudes are radioactive – good or bad. Have a good one and you’ll be the Fezziwig of people’s memories. Have a bad one and you’re a toxic black hole.
