  1. What do you think will happen in terms of our perception of social media in the workplace?

    Do you think that there will be more inward looking platforms designed to make tasks and collaboration more efficient, or do you think that social media will continue to be viewed more as a form of marketing where “going viral” is the ultimate end?

    While both are happening at once, when somebody says social media to me these days, I tend to think more in terms of YouTube campaigns and companies’ Facebook pages.
