Airlines and Social Media

I am flying down to the SLA Conference in Philadelphia this morning. I often whine about airline service. (I believe that you could not have so many service failures in every single customer experience without planning for it. It just can’t be random! There has to be a committee working on new ways to daily drive the flying public crazy.) Anyway, I often tweet my annoyance. I was surprised to see that airlines reply to tweets since no one has ever replied to mine. I only fly hundreds of flights a year so maybe they only work on their ‘good’ customers.

Yup.
