1. Reflect on your creative moments and seek out an environment that triggers them.

2. Recognize the pros and cons of your own personality.

3. Try to adapt your personality to the context

Since most studies show that our professions (librarianship, programming and publishing) are largely introverts it seems that a lot of innovation happens anyway.  Let’s try for more.
