    We have an old rotary phone at home. Wouldn’t be without it as it works when the electricity is out!

  2. Fun list! I think there are still some continuous-feed forms that still work best on a dot matrix, but I’m sure there are fewer and fewer. As for the W95 shut-down sound…I always found it interesting that Brian Eno made (I presume) scads of cash by creating the W95 start-up sound, which I found quite pleasant! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aUbjTapNImM
