  2. I don’t think it’s a problem since people print from the internet every micro-second but, if you’re worried, you’d probably be better off clicking through to Kate Hart and asking the author.

  3. The poster is automatically protected by copyright. As Steve says, follow the basic permissions rule: when in doubt, get permission.
