Nice job. However, every public library I have worked in is “government” not non-profit. I would think most if not all public libraries fall into that category not the non-profit. Friends groups and library foundations are typically non-profit. That probably needs correction.
The generally accepted definition is for-profit and not-for-profit. Government is always counted in the not-for-profit sector in economic studies.
Another split we see often is public sector, private sector and third sector (associations, charities, etc.).
