Who’s Using Geosocial and Location-Based Services?

I say it quite often.  Libraries have multiple locations BECAUSE geographic location is important to our service models.  Amazon has only one location as a virtual retailer.  So we should think about how geolocation services on mobile and other devices affect our service model too.  Think about other hybrid book strategies like Barnes & Noble where there is a virtual presence and physical locations and let’s look for what we might learn about our strategies and opportunities for improvement.
