Rick Anderson is usually right on, direct and honest. He is the Interim Dean at the University of Utah’s Marriott Library .  The real benefits come from when both sides come from a place of mutual respect, open communication, setting mutual expectations and reducing game playing.  Both sides are in the same boat and need each other symbiotically.
