OK, I love this for all the right and wrong reasons. Understanding each other is the goal. I am an extreme extrovert and make a conscious decision in most (yes – just most) meetings to respect the needs of everyone. We all fail sometimes but the real failure is in not getting your voice heard – no matter what your preference. Lord In wish my biology allowed me to sit on the fence on this one, but I can only be the best me I can try to be.
Anyway, just to balance my recent posting on myths about 10 myths about introversion (http://stephenslighthouse.com/2013/07/30/10-myths-about-introverts/), here’s a link to one about me:
5 myths about extroverts that need to die
http://www.brigittelyons.com/5-myths-extroverts/
Myth 1. Extroverts don’t have feelings.
Myth 2. Extroverts are naturally outgoing.
Myth 3. Extroverts aren’t introspective.
Myth 4. Extroverts don’t want to hear what you have to say.
Myth 5. Extroverts are self-absorbed bastards, who are stomping all over you.
