The age of the landline phone is slowly coming to an end in the US
Library Implication: Your ILS registry files need to be updated to current telephone numbers. Also, phones are now primarily personal phones – not household or family phones. You can update most of them with a 90 day campaign on checkout: “Can we update your records?” since the majority of your regular users check out something within 90 days.
