I’d add that we need to combine with with enhancing our conversations to build our trusted position as a safe place with our library members too.

(I’d add in the Ontario context that the extreme volatility with respect to re-opening permission is just that “permission” and not a hard and fast date. Give yourselves time to put in place the right culture and protocols,)

Create COVID safety moments.
Set guardrails around vaccine conversations.
