Public Library Organizations Call for Ebook Pricing Model Changes

On May 27, the Association for Rural & Small Libraries (ARSL), Chief Officers of State Library Agencies (COSLA), Canadian Urban Libraries Council (CULC), Public Library Association (PLA), and Urban Libraries Council (ULC) signed on to an open letter highlighting the need for mutually beneficial licensing terms as the use of digital content continues to grow.”
