Th Pew project has just put out some new statistics showing that a fifth of American adults – 19% — have participated in video phone calls, chats, or teleconferences. These figures translate into 23% of internet users and 7% of cell phone owners who have participated in video calls, chats, or teleconferences. And the iPhone4 take it to another level along with Skype.

Jeez, my 82 year old mother-in-law just did a video call with her granddaughter in Australia from her hospital bed! It must be pretty normal.
