3. When You Ask for Advice, Avoid Your Own Bias
4. Any Decision is Better Than No Decision

I’d simply add these two:
5. Don’t delay. Every decision delayed beyond its best-by date is a lost opportunity.
6. Make the decisions that matter asap. Prioritize, prioritize, prioritize.
