Do you need a hard question for advanced students to Google / research?
Ask them to estimate how many time zones there are. Logic says 24 but that’s sooooo wrong.
Canadian kids might guess a little different since Newfoundland is only half an hour different providing many a punchline. There is at least one 15 minute time zone!
Anyway, with Samoa changing (again) there are definitely some u-to-date answers. Try it yourself.
