While I was in Amsterdam this week I had the great pleasure to do another This Week in Libraries web TV show. This one was me alone at the Dutch book Fair, Manuscripta, the opening of the bookseason in The Netherlands organized by CPNB. Erik Boekesteijn and I had a conversation about the library as an economic lever, users’ emotional needs and the invisible hand of seduction in library marketing.
