Google Is Bigger Than The U.S. Print Ad Business

And why is this important to libraries? Much like television used to be free over the air since it was ad-supported, many magazines survive and thrive on ad revenue. Clearly, this business model is deteriorating.

I’d be interested to see how it stacks up to worldwide print media, if for no other reason to see how much of that pie is U.S.-based.
