Are self-published books on libraries’ scans? How about local authors self published works?
I’m not big into public library book acquisitions strategies but it seems after the success of the 50 Shades series (that started as a self published e-book) that this segment is getting bigger.

Stephen: Douglas County Libraries just south of Denver is a real trailblazer in this area–as they are in dealing with all streams of e-content. Definitely an early adopter to watch!
