This Top 10 year-end list was provided by web-based book recommendation service BookVibe and is based on an analysis of over 80 million tweets.

The Top Five of 2014

1. The Fault in our Stars by John Green (1.2 million tweets)
2. A Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin (400,000 tweets)
3. Looking for Alaska by John Green (150,000 tweets)
4. To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee (90,000 tweets)
5. Hannibal by Thomas Harris (80,000 tweets)
