The FAB Report Action Plan provides board presiding officers, CSEs, and other contributors with a pathway for implementing the FAB Report’s nine recommendations. While it does not present the only possible pathway, the FAB Report Action Plan offers a clear prioritization of actions that every association should consider. It may also spark other ideas for how to move forward.

About the FAB Community Dialogue

The FAB Community Dialogue launched in August 2024 and will continue through December 2025. This initiative, presented by re:Members Associations & Unions and Foresight First LLC, is an intentional learning process that invites contributors from across the association community to collaborate in an exploration of the most challenging questions facing association boards for the rest of this decade and beyond.
